Lynn Marie Sievert Stallman, 63, of Elk Mound, WI died Friday, February 15, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI.

She was born October 3, 1949, in Eau Claire, WI; daughter of Duane and Eileen (Hayden) Sievert.   Lynn grew up in Eau Claire and attended Memorial High School where she graduated with the class of 1967.  On April 2nd, 1983, she married Tom Stallman.  Lynn worked as a nursing assistant at Mount Washington and Center of Care, currently known as Dove Health Care.  She also worked at several day care centers in Menomonie as a certified day care provider.  Lynn enjoyed working with children, going to thrift sales and attending bird shows with Tom.  Together they would show their domestic poultry at American Poultry Association shows throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, where they won numerous awards and certificates.  Lynn enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing.  She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  She was a member of the Barum Lutheran Church in Elk Mound.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Thomas Stallman of Elk Mound, WI; son, Adam (Stephanie) Stallman of Elk Mound, WI; sisters, Ruth (Dennis) Aaron of Hayward, WI, Rose Mary Sievert of Colfax, WI; nephews, Godson Anthony Aaron, Toby Biegle, Travis Stallman, Cody Stallman; nieces, Stacy Aaron, Sarah (Trevor) Girard, Tracy (Mitch) Maes, Amy (Kelly) Sather and Bonnie Biegle; Godsons, Alex Bement and Jordan Aaron; several great-nieces and great-nephews; stepmother, Mary Jean Sievert of Eau Claire, WI; step-sister, Francis Melsness of Eau Claire; step-brother, Jim (Patty) Oelke of Sheboygan, WI; brother-in-law, Terry (Irene) Stallman of Elk Mound, WI; sister-in-law, Ann (Roger) Biegle of Cleghorn, WI; and other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Barum Lutheran Church in Elk Mound with Rev. Hal Schroetter officiating.  Inurnment will be at a later date.

Friends may call 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home-West Chapel, 1405 N. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
