Karen Marleen (Reidel) DuPont of Eau Claire died Wednesday, October 23, 2002. She was born on August 22, 1949, in Eau Claire to Dalbert and Mary (Beaulieu) Reidel.
She is survived by her daughter Sara M. DuPont of Eau Claire; a son Corey M. DuPont of Inver Grove Heights, MN; and one grandson, Timothy DuPont of Eau Claire. She is further survived by her father, Dalbert G. Reidel of Eau Claire; one brother, Ronald T. (Nancy) Reidel; three sisters, Bonnie Reidel and Debbie Moore, both of Eau Claire and Lynn (Doug) Eddy of Roberts, WI; five nieces, five nephews and aunts and uncles.
Karen waqs preceded in death by her mother, Mary (Beaulieu) Reidel.

Karen died October 23, 2002 in Eau Claire of I believe MS. She had two children, Sara Dupont and Corey Dupont. I'll never forget her laugh and beautiful smile.Patricia (Trish) Drury (Franck)
I was friends with Karen in elementary school and in high school. She was such a great person, a faithful friend. We didn't live too far from each other. So sorry to hear she passed back in 2002. So sad. I'm glad I have fond memories of her.
