I and Steve were good friends since Central Jr High..Steve and I both worked as busboys/dishwashers at Stafnes in High school for a couple years, We made many trips to Bubs bar on Hastings way, and numerous ones to Sam's River Inn in Chippewa in his 1953 Chevy, and my 62 Biscayne. Of course we weren't 18 yet at the time !.. Always so many stories to tell....I haven't seen him for a while since we both went into the Army for him, and the USMC for me...We will all miss Steve...Rest well, my friend !

I was so sorry to hear aboout Steve. He was everyone's friend and always so easy going, and was so good at making people laugh. It was great to play catch up at the reunions. He and I both lived on the East Hill in Eau Claire, and were good buddies all through school and would sometimes walk home from Fourniers together. R.I. P. Steve.
